Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the nature of charter scheduling and preparation, we kindly ask that all guests adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Notice Requirement:
    All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled charter departure time.

  • Refunds:
    Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, or guests who fail to appear for their charter without confirmed notice (via email or phone), will forfeit the full amount paid. These reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Last-Minute Bookings:
    Charters booked within 48 hours of the departure time are non-refundable, as crew and vessel preparations are completed immediately upon booking.

Cancellations by Baby Girl Adventures

While we make every effort to honor all scheduled charters, safety is always our top priority. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a trip due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Unsuitable weather conditions (including high winds, lightning, or rough seas)

  • Technical or mechanical issues that could affect the safety or comfort of our guests

  • Unforeseen emergencies or circumstances that prevent safe operation

In the event Baby Girl Adventures must cancel a charter:

  • Guests may choose to reschedule their trip for a future date at no additional cost, or

  • Request a full refund of any charter fees paid.

If a cancellation occurs during an active charter due to weather or technical issues, a partial refund or credit will be issued depending on how much of the trip was completed.

Security Deposit Policy

To ensure the protection of our vessel, equipment, and property, a refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking or prior to boarding. This deposit helps cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations during the charter.

  • Deposit Amount:
    The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the type and duration of the charter and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

  • Refund of Deposit:
    Security deposits are typically refunded in full within 24–48 hours after charter completion, provided that:

    • No damage has occurred to the vessel or its equipment

    • No excessive cleaning or sanitation is required

    • All company policies and safety rules were followed

    • All balances, including fuel surcharges or add-on services, have been settled

  • Deductions from Deposit:
    Partial or full deductions may occur in cases of:

    • Physical damage to the vessel, equipment, or furnishings

    • Excessive spills, stains, or debris requiring special cleaning

    • Unauthorized extension of charter time or late return to the marina

    • Evidence of prohibited activities or safety violations

Baby Girl Adventures reserves the right to assess damages and determine appropriate deductions at its sole discretion. Guests will receive a detailed explanation of any charges withheld.

Group Size and Safety Policy

For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all passengers, charter capacity is limited based on boat size, weight distribution, and U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

By booking a charter with Baby Girl Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Cancellation, Refund, and Security Deposit Policy.
